Content Access
Publishing Target
Select which groups have access to content. When you publish content, you can choose which audience you would like to target. All of the groups that you have created will be available as targeting options.
Manage Group Access
Control content access for each group. You can manage group access to content in Groups by selecting the options icon for a specific group and then choosing Access.
Update content access from authoring. You have the option to use Manage Group Access to add/remove groups who are able to see the content you have selected.
User can't see content on the app
If a user is in a group that has been given access to specific content but is unable to see the content on the app, try the following:
Check that the user has been added to a group that has access. Use the group search feature to find the user and ensure that they have the necessary content access.
Check that the user is active on the group. If necessary, resend the invite and ask the user to create an app account.
Make sure that the group has been given access. Open the published content and check that the correct groups have been given access.
Users didn't get a new content notification
A content notification email / push notification is sent when new content is published. Anyone in a group that has been given access to the new content will be notified. When an update is published, users will also be notified. When are users notified that they have been given access to content

When publishing and re-publishing. When content is published and every time published content is re-published, users will be notified ("Notify users" option must be selected).
When subscribed to streams. Only users who have subscribed to an audio/video stream will be notified when a new episode is added.
When are users not notified
Adding a group to published content. When a group is added to already published content, they will not be notified.
When a group is removed from having access to content. When a group is removed from published content, they will not be notified and access will simply be removed.
When content is unpublished, no notifications are sent. When content is unpublished, nobody will be notified.
